We understand that the business information you share during our engagements — including deal context, pipeline data, pilot terms, stakeholder maps, financial projections, and customer conversation insights — is sensitive and confidential. We treat all client engagement data with the highest degree of care and confidentiality.
4.2 Use of Engagement Data
Client engagement data is used solely to deliver the Services you have engaged us for, including producing deliverables such as your Signal Scorecard, Budget Source Map, Blockers Memo, and other diagnostic or sprint artifacts.
4.3 Anonymized and Aggregated Data
With your permission (obtained during onboarding), we may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from engagements to:
Develop industry benchmarks and anonymized distributions
Improve our methodologies, templates, and scoring frameworks
Create educational content or thought leadership
No client will ever be identified in any published benchmark, report, or content without explicit written consent. Anonymized data will be stripped of all identifying information, including company name, founder names, customer names, and deal specifics.
4.4 Case Studies and Testimonials
We will never publish case studies, testimonials, quotes, or identifiable results without your prior written consent. If you agree to participate in a case study as part of a founding client arrangement, the specific content and level of detail will be reviewed and approved by you before publication.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
